Bayer Multistix 10 SG Reagent Strips are visually read urinalysis strips that provide urine, chemistry and microscopic information. Strips also provide diagnostically useful information about the status of carbohydrate metabolism, kidney and liver function, acid-base balance and bacteriuria-pyuria.
Each strip is printed with the Multistix product name along with a number suffix which indicates the number of urine tests on the strip. In addition, strips that test specific gravity are labeled with an SG suffix. Multistix 10 SG is the most comprehensive urinalysis profile and includes testing for bilirubin, blood, glucose, ketones, leukocytes, nitrite, pH, protein, specific gravity and urobilinogen in urine. Supplied in lightweight, unbreakable, plastic vials; 100 strips per vial.
